Every product is carefully checked before dispatch, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, this policy is here to help.

For all orders, you must open the package in front of the delivery person.
Damaged or Missing Items: If the product is damaged during transit or missing any parts, you must inform the delivery person immediately.
Parcels Opened Beforehand: Do not receive the parcel if the package appears to have been opened previously. Inform us immediately if this happens.
If we make an error—meaning you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item—we take full responsibility.
You are entitled to a full refund, including the entire product cost, the lens cost, and all delivery charges.
We will resolve these issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with non-customized sunglasses or standard eyeglasses:
Immediate Return: You may return the product to the delivery person at the time of delivery by paying only the delivery fee.
Advance Payment Refund: If you paid in full beforehand, your refund will be issued after deducting the delivery charge. The product must be verified as unused, intact, and with its original packaging, seals, and tags.
Because customized power lenses are specially made according to your unique prescription, they have different return conditions:
Non-Refundable Lens Cost: The lens cost, taken as an advance payment, is non-refundable.
Frame Return: If you are not satisfied with the frame, you may still return the product to the delivery person upon delivery, but you must pay the delivery charge to the delivery man.
Advance Payment Refund: If the full payment was made in advance, the refund will be processed for the frame cost only, after deducting the delivery fee and the non-refundable lens cost. The product must be verified as unused and in its original condition.
