2. Ordering, Availability, and Pricing

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through lensorabd.com are subject to product availability and final acceptance by Lensora Eyewear. We retain the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If your order is canceled by us, we will inform you and you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
• Product Representation: We strive for the greatest accuracy in displaying our products. However, please be aware that the actual colors of the frames may vary slightly due to your device’s screen settings or variations in lighting. If you wish to see a raw, unedited photo of the eyewear, please message us on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, and we will gladly provide it.
• Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods only: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bkash, and Nagad. By confirming your order, you authorize Lensora Eyewear to collect the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, via your chosen payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Service Area: We proudly offer delivery services across the entirety of Bangladesh. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at the checkout, based on your specific delivery location.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
  • Within Dhaka: Typically 2–3 days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Typically 3–4 days.
• Disclaimer: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery duration may be affected by the courier service, unforeseen delays, or your geographical location.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

• Immediate Inspection (Non-Custom Orders): You must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person.
  • If the product is damaged during transportation or if any items are missing, you must report it immediately to the delivery person. In this case, you do not have to pay the delivery charge and may return the item.
  • If you are unsatisfied with the product (excluding orders with customized power lenses) for any other reason, you may return it immediately at that time by simply paying the required delivery charge.
• Customized Lens Orders: Orders for eyeglasses that include customized power lenses require advance payment for the lens price at the time of order confirmation. The cost of the custom lenses is non-refundable if you choose to return the product.
• Advance Full Payment Refunds: If you paid the entire order amount in advance and subsequently return the product, your refund will be processed after deducting the delivery fee and the non-refundable price of any customized lenses.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on lensorabd.com, including all text, photographic images, brand logos, website design, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Lensora Eyewear or its associated partners. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, or using any of this content without the express written authorization of Lensora Eyewear.

7. Modifications to These Terms

Lensora Eyewear reserves the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website and services following the posting of any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced solely in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
